Started in a kitchen, not a pitch deck.
The first version of Inntally was a stock-count app for one pub. The owner needed to count the bar in under an hour, on a Sunday night, with two people walking different sections of the same room. The spreadsheet didn’t scale, and the “hospitality software” on the market was either built for enterprise hotel groups or charged enterprise prices for a feature that should have shipped in 2015.
That single app turned into 13 modules over three years, because every venue’s next pain point lived in the next room: procurement, recipes, POS, reservations, HACCP, rotas, tips, payments. Connecting them mattered more than each one being perfect on its own.
We work close to the operators we serve, and our pilot customers can still reach the people building the product. The plan is the plan: build the OS for European hospitality, do it transparently, charge fairly.

Every feature starts with a real venue’s real problem. We have the names + the WhatsApp threads to prove it.
Plain-language transparency
Sub-processors, security posture, roadmap, retention — all published, all current. The information your CISO or procurement team asks for is on the website, not behind an NDA-protected slide deck.
EU-first by construction
Data in Dublin. Sub-processors with EU SCCs + TRAs. Architecture choices that survive a regulator visit, not just a sales pitch.

We’d rather do a free 14-day audit than send a generic price sheet. The proposal we send back is defensible against your invoices.

ISO 27001 + 27701 ISMS live (2026-05-26). 13 modules in one platform. Legal Agreements module shipped.
Certificate target
Stage 2 audit + ISO 27001 + 27701 certificate (Q1–Q2). Scale-up phase: pilot → 100 customers.
