The problem

Selling into hospitality is fragmented + manual.

Every buyer wants a different format. Spreadsheets, email orders, PDF invoices, custom price lists, chase-up calls. You can’t see who’s buying less, who’s buying elsewhere, or where the next opportunity is.

01

Catalog scattered across formats

Same product list re-typed for every buyer’s portal. Price changes ripple through 14 versions; one of them is always wrong.

02

Pricing logic lives in your head

Client A gets contract pricing, Client B gets volume tiers, Client C gets a handshake rate from 2019. Replicating it in software is supposed to be impossible.

03

No visibility into buyer behaviour

A customer goes quiet for three weeks — was it a holiday or did they switch supplier? You find out at the quarterly review, six months late.

What suppliers get

Six reasons to sell on Inntally.

Everything a food / drink / non-food supplier needs to onboard, manage, sell, fulfil, invoice, and grow — with AI doing the heavy lifting across the operation.

1. Autonomous catalog onboarding

Upload via Google Sheets, CSV, REST API, email, or webhooks. A 5-stage AI pipeline maps your columns, enriches product data (category, units, descriptions, images), quality-scores against the marketplace schema, and publishes. Items at ≥ 90% confidence auto-publish; lower-confidence items queue for human review. Up to 10,000 products per batch.

2. Multi-tier pricing engine

Base catalog price, private client rates, volume-discount tiers, contract pricing with escalation clauses, organisation-level deals. AI recommends optimal price points from market data. What-if simulator shows margin impact before you publish.

3. Full order lifecycle

8 states from receipt to delivery (received → confirmed → allocated → picked → packed → dispatched → delivered → closed). Per-line fulfilment tracking, SLA enforcement (warnings at 2h, breaches at 4h), shipment scanning, full event timeline per order.

4. AI intelligence dashboard

Wallet share per client (your % of their category spend), lost-opportunity alerts (products they buy elsewhere where you’re competitive), cross-sell detection, product-velocity heatmaps, AI-predicted reorder dates. Competitor names never exposed.

5. P2P document automation

One-click document flip: Order → Delivery Docket → Invoice. 3-way matching (order ↔ docket ↔ invoice) with ML confidence scoring. EN 16931 + PEPPOL-compliant out of the box. Duplicate detection, aging reports, cash-flow analytics built in.

6. Performance + reliability scoring

Real-time scoring across 8 metrics: on-time delivery, quality acceptance, order accuracy, invoice accuracy, pricing competitiveness, fill rate, stockout incidents, return rate. ML forecasting predicts future delivery reliability by postcode.

How it works

From sign-up to first sale in four steps.

01

Upload your catalog

Google Sheets, CSV, REST API, email, or webhooks. AI maps columns, enriches data, validates quality automatically. Delta sync on subsequent uploads.

02

Set your pricing

Base prices, private client rates, volume tiers, contracts. AI recommends optimal price points from market data; what-if simulator before you publish.

03

Receive + fulfil orders

Orders flow through the Marketplace. Confirm, pick, pack, dispatch — with SLA tracking. One-click flip to docket then invoice. PEPPOL-ready.

04

Grow with intelligence

Dashboard shows wallet share, lost opportunities, reorder predictions, cross-sells. Act on data to win more business from existing clients + reach new ones.

Autonomous onboarding pipeline

Upload your catalog. AI does everything else.

Five stages run sequentially, each with quality gates. Items at ≥ 90% confidence flow straight to publish; lower-confidence rows surface in a human-review queue with the specific field flagged.

01

Ingestion

File parsed, columns detected, basic schema inferred. Up to 10,000 rows per batch, 50MB max file size.

02

Schema validation

AI column-mapping against the marketplace schema. Tolerant to any supplier spreadsheet format.

03

AI enrichment

Category classification, unit normalisation, description rewriting, image association, allergen + dietary tagging.

04

Quality assurance

4-criteria score: completeness, accuracy, marketplace fit, consistency. ≥ 90% auto-publishes.

05

Publishing

Batch upload to the marketplace. Delta sync on subsequent runs — only changed rows re-processed.

Supplier intelligence

Know exactly where to grow.

Wallet-share, lost-opportunity, cross-sell, velocity, reorder prediction — all powered by AI analysis of real transaction data on your account. Competitor names are never exposed; insights are derived from your own buyer activity + anonymised marketplace signals.

Wallet share per client

Your share of each buyer’s category spend. See which clients give you the most, which categories are under-penetrated, where the upside is.

Lost-opportunity alerts

Products this client buys elsewhere where your pricing is competitive. Surface the visibility gap; close it with a targeted nudge.

Reorder prediction

AI estimates next-order date per client based on historical patterns + seasonal trends. Get the call in before they reorder.

Cross-sell recommendations

“This client buys olive oil — recommend balsamic vinegar.” Category affinity, not gut-feel.

Product velocity

Heatmap of which SKUs are moving, which are stuck. Inform purchasing + production decisions.

Competitive pricing signals

Aggregated, anonymised market positioning. Are you 12% over the median? Worth knowing.

From order received to invoice paid

One workflow, eight states, zero double-entry.

Orders flow through 8 lifecycle states with SLA enforcement at each transition. One-click document flips eliminate the rekeying that kills supplier accounting teams.

Per-line fulfilment

Track quantity allocated / picked / packed / shipped at the SKU level, not just the order level.

SLA enforcement

Warnings at 2h, breaches at 4h (configurable per buyer contract). Surface risk before it’s a complaint.

One-click doc flip

Order → Delivery Docket → Invoice. Each step pre-fills from the previous; you confirm + send.

3-way matching

Order ↔ Docket ↔ Invoice reconciled automatically with ML confidence. Mismatches surface for human review.

Your data, isolated

Cryptographic tenant isolation. Competitor names never exposed.

Every supplier’s data is segregated at the model layer (Sequelize multi-tenancy hooks enforce supplier_id on every query). Buyer-side platform sees ranked + anonymised marketplace results; supplier-side sees only their own pipeline.

Tenant isolation

Cross-tenant data access is impossible by construction — not just by policy. Buyer queries are scoped to their venue; supplier queries are scoped to their org.

EU data residency

All catalog + transaction data stays in AWS eu-west-1 (Dublin). No replication outside the EU.

ISO 27001 + 27701

ISMS established 2026-05-26. Stage 1 audit Q3/Q4 2026. Certificate target Q1–Q2 2027. Evidence binder available under NDA.

Competitive privacy

Other suppliers never see your pricing, catalog, or buyer relationships. Intelligence insights are derived from your own data + anonymised aggregates.

Supplier pricing

Free to list. Pay only when you sell.

No upfront catalog fee. No setup charge. Inntally takes a transparent transaction fee on marketplace orders settled through the platform; you keep your existing payment processor + accounting stack.

FAQ

Supplier-side questions answered.

What kind of suppliers can sell on Inntally?
Food, drink, ambient, fresh, frozen, non-food (chemicals, paper, tableware), equipment + service providers selling into hospitality. From single-truck independents up to national distributors.
Do I keep my existing buyer relationships?
Absolutely. Connect is additive. Your existing buyers can move onto the platform (with private pricing intact) or stay on whatever channel they prefer. New buyer discovery via the marketplace is an upside, not a replacement.
What if my ERP is the source of truth?
Use the REST API or webhooks to drive Connect from your ERP. Connect becomes the buyer-facing layer; your ERP stays the master. Two-way sync supported.
How does pricing privacy work?
Each client’s pricing is private to them. Other suppliers can’t see your catalog rates. Other buyers can’t see what their competitors pay you. Tenant isolation is enforced at the model layer.
Can I run private buyer-only catalogs?
Yes. Items can be flagged private-to-client. Useful for own-label, exclusive lines, or pre-negotiated deals.
What about PEPPOL e-invoicing?
Built in. Invoices generated by Connect are EN 16931-compliant + can be delivered via PEPPOL to corporate + public-sector buyers that require it.
Onboarding timeline?
Catalog upload + AI processing: hours. Pricing setup: 1–2 days. First order through the platform: typically week 2 of go-live. Full ERP integration (if needed): 3–6 weeks depending on system.
Who owns the data?
You do. Full export at any time. On cancellation, 30-day retention for retrieval, then hard-delete per ISMS schedule.
