Fraud prevention

Unique QR codes invalidate after first scan. Duplicate detection blocks counterfeit entries instantly. Watermarked PDFs for offline-friendly venues.

Apple + Google Wallet

Tickets add to the customer’s wallet automatically. No app to download. Updates push live (gate change, time shift, weather alert).

Dietary + access data

Capture allergens, dietary preferences, accessibility needs at purchase. Flow to the kitchen at the time of the event. No re-keying.

Table assignment

For restaurants + private dining: each ticket lands on a named table. Posts the cover into reservations + the kitchen ticket.

Tap to scan

Phone camera scans the QR; ticket validated in under 3 seconds. Works in low light + crowd conditions.

Duplicate + counterfeit detection

Same QR scanned twice? Blocked + flagged for floor staff with a discreet alert.

Live capacity counter

Real-time count visible to door + management. Auto-stop sales when capacity hit. Useful for licensed-capacity venues.

Offline mode

WiFi drops? Door app falls back to local-cached guest list + signs scans cryptographically. Syncs on reconnect; duplicates surface then.

Wristband + QR dual

For pubs + festivals: scan once at entry, wristband for re-entry + tab. Avoids the “can I get back in?” queue.

Age verification

ID scan + DoB capture for licensed events. PII handled per GDPR — verified-and-discarded by default.

The integrated operation

This is the part Eventbrite + Ticketmaster don’t do. They sell the ticket; you handle everything else in a different system. Inntally Events lives inside the same platform as POS, Recipes, HR360, and Analytics.

Set a fixed menu or pre-order options per ticket type. Selections flow to the kitchen with the cover number + dietary flags.

POS + bar tabs

Recipes priced at event time. Margin protected before the doors open. What-if menu changes ripple through the quote.

HR360 rota

Event-specific shift built off the expected cover count. Per-event labour cost included in the post-event P&L.

Stock allocation

Post-event P&L

FAQ

What event organisers ask first.

Can we migrate our existing events from Eventbrite / Ticketmaster?
Future events + attendee lists imported via CSV or API. Cover history retained for analytics if exportable. Past events can be archived.
Reserved-seating — how complex can the seat map get?
Up to several thousand seats, multiple categories, accessibility flags, table groupings, balconies. If you have a CAD drawing of your venue, we can usually import it; otherwise the drag-build tool covers most rooms in under an hour.
What card payment processors are supported?
Stripe, SumUp, Adyen, Worldpay, Square — pick the acquirer that gives you the best rate. PCI scope handled by your PCI-DSS Level 1 partner; Inntally never sees or stores PANs.
How does the embeddable widget work technically?
One <script> tag on your page. Renders native HTML (not an iframe) so it inherits your site’s typography + accessibility. Mobile-first. Works on every major site builder.
Refunds + name changes?
Configurable per event. Self-serve customer flow up to a deadline you set; manual approval after. Auto-reissue wallet passes on transfer.
Multi-venue groups?
Yes. Group rollup of events + ticketing across venues. Central reporting; per-venue P&L; brand-consistent customer experience.
GDPR — what about age verification + ID scanning?
PII captured for age verification is verified-and-discarded by default (only the verification flag persists). Configurable retention if you have a regulatory obligation to retain.
Offline mode — how robust?
Local cache on the door device; cryptographically signed scans queued locally; auto-sync on reconnect. Duplicate detection surfaces on sync, not at the door, so the queue keeps moving.
