FAQ

The questions that actually come up.

Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because the honest number depends on venues, users, integrations and support — and a published ladder hides that. We’d rather do the audit first and send you a defensible proposal than show you a number that’s wrong for your operation.
Can we really start free?
Yes. The Start tier is a real workspace with your own data, capped at one venue + 3 users + 50 AI-processed docs/month. No credit card. No auto-conversion. The audit lands at day 14 with the rollout options.
What does “All Features” actually cost?
For a single venue with 5–20 users it tends to be in the same range as a mid-tier POS-only product, while replacing 4–6 tools. Multi-venue gets better per-venue rates. Exact number comes from your audit.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Months 1–3 are cancellable with 30 days’ notice, no fee. Annual contracts are an option (with a discount) once you’re confident in fit.
Do you charge per transaction on payments?
Card processing is via our payment partners (or yours if you have an existing relationship). Rates are competitive and transparent — we’ll share the schedule during the audit. Negotiable at scale (Custom Rollout tier).
What about data migration from our current tools?
Catalogues, stock lists, recipes, invoice history, supplier mappings — included in onboarding for All Features and Custom Rollout. Tooling is built; humans assist on edge cases.
Do we own our data?
Yes. You get a full export any time (CSV + JSON, ZIP’d, S3 signed URL). On cancellation we keep the data 30 days for retrieval, then hard-delete per our retention schedule.
How do you handle price changes?
Annual review at most. Existing customers get the existing rate for the contracted term. No mid-contract surprise increases. Changes are notified 60 days ahead.
