Common questions.
Can we migrate from OpenTable / ResDiary?
Yes. Future bookings and guest profiles are exported and mapped into Inntally. Cover history can be retained for analytics where your previous provider allows export.
Do we need to take deposits?
Optional — per shift, per party size, per booking source. Configure the rule once; it applies to bookings going forward.
Google Reserve setup?
We help configure your Google Business Profile and the Reserve handoff so guests book straight from Search and Maps. Typically live in a few days.
Booking widget — styled to our brand?
Yes — colours, fonts and copy. Embeds in any site: Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or custom builds.
How do you handle GDPR for guest data?
