Do I have to use Inntally suppliers?
No. Marketplace is designed around your approved supplier network. We can connect supplier catalogues, import price lists, or maintain manual catalogues where a live feed is not available. Price comparison still works.
Do I keep my existing supplier accounts and reps?
Yes — whatever the supplier supports. Your existing account terms, reps and relationships stay exactly as they are.
How fresh are the prices?
Refreshed nightly; manual refresh available. Your contracted prices always override list prices.
What do card payments cost?
Card acquiring, fraud and settlement run via our payment partners — or your existing acquirer. Rates are competitive and transparent; the full schedule is shared during your audit. Direct debit is separate (~€0.20 per transaction).
What about UK / EU suppliers?
Supported. Custom Rollout includes mapping your specific supplier list, whether they provide a live feed, spreadsheet, portal, email or manual catalogue data.
