Pricing Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required. Start exploring immediately after sign-up.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. All your data is preserved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), direct debit (SEPA), and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include onboarding and data migration services — pricing is discussed during the sales process.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you choose not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only — your data is safe and accessible for 90 days.
Do you offer data migration help?
Yes. Professional plans include guided self-service migration tools. Enterprise plans include full white-glove data migration with dedicated engineering support.
