Case Studies

Three pilots. Full named studies coming.

Inntally is currently running three pilot customers in Ireland. Detailed named case studies will be published as each pilot formally permits. Below: the outcome patterns we’re seeing, framed as illustrative scenarios with the same caveat we use everywhere.

Pattern studies

What we’re seeing across the pilots.

Until full named studies are formally permitted by our pilots, these “pattern studies” describe the outcomes consistently observed across the three sites.

Hotel pilot

F&B operations transformed in 6 weeks

A 60-room independent hotel in the south of Ireland. Replaced 5 separate tools (POS, stock spreadsheet, supplier portals, HACCP binder, allergen sheet). Outcomes observed (illustrative):

  • ~14 hrs/week back to F&B controller (IntelliFlow + Marketplace).
  • ~3–5% supplier price improvement.
  • Pour-cost variance caught within 24 hrs of count.
  • EHO visit completed in 10 minutes via QR walkthrough.
Restaurant pilot

Live food cost + AI invoices unlocked margin

A 90-cover independent restaurant in Limerick. Recipe + IntelliFlow + POS rollout. Outcomes observed (illustrative):

  • 2–4 percentage points of GP recovered through menu engineering.
  • ~22 hrs/month back to the owner on bookkeeping.
  • Allergen liability moved from chalkboard to per-menu-version matrix.
  • Cash position visible same-day instead of monthly.
Pub pilot

Bar-cost discipline + tronc on rules

A community pub in the west of Ireland. Stock count + Marketplace + HR360. Outcomes observed (illustrative):

  • Pour variance caught Sunday night, not quarterly.
  • 30-minute bar count (was 2 hrs).
  • Approved supplier prices in one screen, weekly order in 15 minutes.
  • Tronc rules applied automatically; Friday argument removed.

Illustrative scenarios based on industry benchmarks and our pilot programme. Full named studies will be published as pilots formally permit, with their authorisation.
