Only real payments count
A bill is only marked paid when Revolut confirms the money was taken. A declined card leaves the bill open.

Does Inntally POS work with Revolut Terminal?
Yes. Inntally POS is connected to Revolut Terminal. The till sends the bill and the tip to the card machine, and the result comes back to the till by itself, so the table closes when the guest pays.
What card rate do Inntally customers get with Revolut?
Inntally customers get custom Revolut rates, starting from 0.2% per card payment. T&Cs apply. Revolut confirms your rate when your account is approved, and Revolut Business plan fees are separate.
Do I need a Revolut Business account?
Yes. Revolut Terminal pays into a Revolut Business account. Revolut says signing up takes about 10 minutes, and you will need proof of your business, such as a company registration, website or social media page.
Do I have to buy the Revolut Terminal?
Yes. You buy the terminal outright from Revolut. Revolut says there are no maintenance or subscription costs for the machine itself.
How quickly do I get paid?
Revolut offers 24-hour settlement, so card takings usually reach your Revolut Business account the next day. Revolut says its payout schedule can vary under its terms.
Can I refund a card payment from the till?
Yes. You start the refund on the Inntally till and it is sent to Revolut. The till keeps checking with Revolut until the refund is complete.
What happens if the internet drops during a payment?
If the till loses its connection in the middle of a payment, it checks with Revolut whether the card was charged before you try again. A bill is only marked paid when Revolut confirms it, so you do not charge the same bill twice.
Can I use Revolut on some tills and myPOS on others?
Yes. Each till is linked to its own card machine, so one till can use Revolut Terminal and another can use myPOS. A till with no machine linked uses the default you pick for the venue.
Does Inntally see card numbers?
No. The card is read by the Revolut Terminal and handled by Revolut. Inntally only sends the amount and a reference, and gets back whether the payment went through.
