Common questions.

Do I have to use a specific payment processor?
No. Inntally POS is payments-agnostic — bring your existing acquirer or use one of our default partners. You can also take cash, vouchers, or split with a separate terminal if needed.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Local IndexedDB cache; orders + payments queued; auto-sync when back online. No lost sales.
What about kitchen printers (Epson, Star)?
Supported. ESC/POS over LAN; no proprietary drivers. KDS often replaces them entirely.
Can I keep my existing POS?
If it exports sales (most do, even old ones), Inntally can read them. The integrated recipe + allergen + HR360 flow is the part that’s hard to replicate, though.
PCI compliance?
PCI scope handled by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment partners. We never see or store card numbers. Standard merchant attestation required.
