The problem

Three things that quietly eat the bar margin.

01

Over-pours, comps, breakages

2–5% of liquor disappears between the keg and the till. By the time the variance is found, six weekends are gone.

02

Brewer + grocery + tobacco split-buying

Three reps, three order books, three delivery days. No comparison. Best price wins by accident.

03

Rotas, holidays, tips on paper

Sunday night spreadsheet routine. Holiday accruals in the manager’s head. Tips’ rules argued every Friday.

How Inntally fits

Four modules cover the bar & back-of-house.

FAQ

Pub GMs ask these first.

Will it work if we don’t do food?
Yes — bar-only setup is supported. Recipe engine for cocktails + draught units. Stock + POS + HR360 + Marketplace. Compliance is optional.
Does our existing till count?
If your till exports sales (most do, even old ones), we can read them. Or replace with Inntally POS on a tablet — many pubs do.
How do supplier integrations work?
We connect live feeds where available and support controlled imports where a supplier uses portal, email or spreadsheet workflows. You see live prices, order in Inntally, and suppliers deliver on their normal schedule.
Tips & tronc — can it handle our rules?
Yes. Multiple distribution rules (percentage of card, by hours, by role, fixed pool). Auditable trail for the Revenue.
How long is rollout?
Typical pub: 2–4 weeks. Stock + Marketplace first. POS + HR360 follow.
